When you will get a massage treatment there are a few things to consider:
Do not eat 2 hours prior to a treatment.
Wear loose trousers ( no jeans, as they are too thick and rigid) and a T-shirt or long sleeve
shirt. (preferably from natural fibre like cotton.
Have a shower before the treatment.
For your first massage treatment leave some extra time of 15 minutes to discuss your health history and
find out your personal needs and conditions.
